Useful Information
What platform does Mesa run on?
Mesa runs on Apple's Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server 10.x platforms only. It doesn't run on Mac OS X Server 1.2 or on Mac OS 8 or 9.
What licenses do we offer?
The Educational License can be bought by anyone involved in the Academic world. Student, Lecturer, tutor - you know who you are... We reserve the right to ask for proof of educational status before issuing a license.
The Commercial License is for everyone else, whether it's for home or business use.
You can buy any number of educational or commercial licenses at one time, and you can use them on a single computer or your Local Area Network at your workplace and at home.
There is also a Full Evaluation License for people who aren't certain they want to buy a full license but want to have the chance to work with full-size worksheets and not have 'Demo' on all their printouts! The Full Evaluation license is valid for 30 days. After that time you can either buy a Commercial or Educational full license or simply revert to 20 x 20 Evaluation mode.

Which credit cards does P & L accept? Can I pay by cheque?
Mesa orders can be paid by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, personal cheque or bank transfer. You can pay online using our secure server for credit card transactions. If you want to pay by any other method, just email us and we'll let you know our bank details.
Is it safe to give out my credit card details online?
P & L offer the use of a secure checkout system. This means that when you place an order with us our secure server encrypts all the billing information you enter. We do not retain a record of your credit card details; just of the authorisation and the amount of the transaction.
If I have a non-US credit card, what exchange rate will be used?
We use the current exchange rate at the time your purchase is made. This is set not by us but by our credit card company. You will be able to see the current price in Euros and Pounds Sterling as well as US$ when you make your purchase.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be given in accordance with our obligations under English law.
